Zoom Prayer Meeting
Prayer brings us closer to God as we seek His guidance and strength to overcome the trials of the world. Through the sacrifice of Jesus Christ, we are now able to lay our burdens at the cross and be free through His loving mercy. Jesus wants to be our friend and confidant and wants us to open our hearts to Him. Through prayer, we are given the power to do His will and to be used as a vessel by the Holy Spirit to bring others to the Lord. There is power in prayer, and praying and studying with others helps to strengthen us all.
"Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the work of God; praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end will all perseverance and supplication for all the saints" - Ephesians 6: 14-18
