Ways to Improve Memory

There are things in life that we may want to forget (like the hardships of 2020), and then there are things which we pray that we never forget.

This week looks at ways to improve your memory by looking at little lifestyle changes, such as eating more fruits and nuts, to activities which require some more effort, such as sleeping 8 hours, drinking more water and having the patience of a saint. 

At the end of the day, we should set our minds and our hearts on the Lord and He will guide us not only to remember our day-to-day activities, but He will guide us to remember His commandments and statues so that we remain focussed on Him.

Hypertension

With all the stress that people are feeling now with the restrictions due to COVID, the health ministries team wanted to provide some insights on how to avoid raising your pressure to serious levels. 

This week we will be looking at Hypertension, what it is, its causes, and what can be done to avoid sending your pressure through the roof. 

Taking deep breaths is one thing that can help, however, the best medicine that we have is our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. Don't forget that He is the great physician that will be with you through the good, the bad, the isolated periods, and during the times when we will be free.
